Questions
Before you give it
Do they need to install an app?
No. They point the camera at the QR and the museum opens in the browser, on iPhone, Android or computer.
How many photos can I add?
3 to 30, split into rooms: each room has a name and a colour, and a new one opens every 8 photos. The last photo goes on the back wall, the biggest one.
Can I see it before paying?
Yes. Create the museum, upload the photos and preview it as much as you like. Pay only when you love it: from then on the link and the QR work for them.
Can I change it after giving it?
Yes. With your personal edit link you can add photos and change captions, rooms or music whenever you want. The QR stays the same.
Who can see the museum?
Only people with the link or the QR. Museum pages are not indexed by search engines.
What music plays?
By default the great classics: Debussy’s Clair de lune, Satie’s Gymnopédie, Chopin’s Nocturne, in public-domain recordings. You can pick the first track, use original music or upload your own song.
How long does it stay online?
Classic: 12 months from payment, then you can move to Forever. Forever: it never expires.
What if something doesn’t work?
Write to ciao@magicevents.me and we answer. If the problem is ours and can’t be fixed, we refund you.
